Helen MFrom the first day, Simeon has been friendly and welcoming! I started off doing gym classes building up my confidence to doing PT sessions. I remember I was extremely nervous thinking sessions would be hectic but when we got started, it was at my pace and customised to my goals. The highlight for me was the personalised meal plan! The way I brag to people when they ask what I eat!? I just say sorry I can’t share, it’s only personalised for me haha. There has been ups and downs (me, giving in to cravings and eating all the wrong things) but Sim has remained encouraging and reassuring that the journey is never linear!
